What happens after my purchase?
Once you have finished your purchase, the brand kit will be marked as "Sold Out" and removed from the shop. You'll receive an email containing a .zip of all of your logo and social media graphics and a PDF file guide within 24 hours.
What if I want a tagline in my logo?
If you have a tagline that you want incorporated in your logo, we have plenty of design options for you! Unfortunately we can’t add tagline to designs that don’t have them in the examples, but feel free to purchase any of the example options with a tagline already incorporated.
What if my business name has more words than the example logo?
If your business name is longer than the mockup it can usually be accommodated, but we recommend purchasing a brand kit with the same amount of words as your business name. It is the easiest to add additional words for one line brand kits like the Sarah and Hillary Collections.
Can I have the colors or fonts customized to match my brand?
Customizations for this brand kit are limited to your name and tagline. Fonts and colors are not customized as each are carefully pre-selected to create a cohesive identity. We recommend sticking to a design that has similar colors to your existing brand, or building your new brand with the colors we have provided.
However, you can easily change the background colors of your social media graphics in Photoshop or Canva. If you want to change the colors, we recommend looking at the Pinterest board that corresponds with your brand kits Collection for additional colors palettes that will match your brand kit’s aesthetic.
What will I receive in my email?
Your download includes a primary logo, secondary logo, "pin-it" button, and browser icon, all in EPS and web-ready PNG files plus 6 customizable Instagram/Facebook graphics and 3 customizable blog post website/Pinterest graphics - all in Photoshop or Canva files. It also includes a PDF brand style guide with color palette, mood board example, and font pairings for continued use along with additional inspiration photos on a dedicated Pinterest Board.
What if I don’t have Photoshop or Canva?
If you don’t have Photoshop or Canva we recommend creating a free Canva account here and using Canva files for your social graphics. You could also download a free trial of Photoshop here, although we don’t recommend downloading it for the sole purpose of editing your social media graphics, as you will have to pay after 7 days to continue editing your graphics for each use.
What if I need a different version or file type of my logo?
We provide your logo files in EPS format, so they can be easily resized, edited, and exported for any use you may have. If you don’t have the software necessary to do so, you can purchase additional file types from us.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, all logo kit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Do I need Photoshop or Canva to edit any part of the design?
Heck no, girl! We specifically designed these so that everything you need to do can be done within Squarespace. We made all the elements for you, so all you have to do is upload them, and drag and drop them into place.
Do I need a logo to build my website?
You can absolutely use your own logo on the site, or purchase a branding kit from us - however, you neither are required for building a site. You can simply type in the name of your company in a font of your choice in place of a logo until you have one.
Can I sell products on my website?
Yes! Squarespace makes it super easy to add e-commerce to any existing site by simply adding product pages. There is an in-depth tutorial here.
Do I need to know how to code to customize my website?
Absolutely not! We designed these so that you don't need to know any code. Everything you need to customize fonts and colors can be done within Squarespace's style settings - and any code that needs to added is already created by us! All you'll have to do is copy and paste!
How long will it take to build the site?
We find that most people can create install Squarespace designs in UNDER 3 HOURS. Yep, you heard that right, girl. It's super easy!
What if I want help creating my site?
We've got you covered. If you want to purchase site installation with your website kit or within 30 days or your initial purchase, we are happy to install the kit for you and transfer the ready-to-customize site to your paid Squarespace account.
Do I need a Squarespace account to get started?
Don't worry about it babe! Our tutorials talk you through creating a Squarespace account, building and customizing your site, and subscribing to Squarespace to make your site live. All of our sites can go live under Squarespace's Personal Plan for $12/month (annual) or $16/month (monthly).

What platforms do you build websites on?
To best serve our customers we stick to Squarespace so that you can easily maintain and update your own site once it's built. For more about the benefits of Squarespace, check out this post.
How long is the process?
Depending on which services you choose for your custom project, we will set a realistic timeline with you. Most projects are completed in under 3 weeks.
What do I need before I start?
When you're booking Branding Services you'll need to have your basic company information already hammered out. We will go through some brand discovery with you, but the more you have prepared the smoother our process will go. We recommend looking through our discovery resources before you reach out.
Do you design ecommerce sites?
Of course, babe! We got you! We love designing for ecommerce and you'll find it incredible easy to manage your ecommerce with Squarespace's built in capabilities.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes, we take a 50% deposit to book a timeslot, and then the other 50% is due upon completion of services before delivery of final files.
